On the border of a vast empire ruled by a tyrant, life in a small village is simple and happy. Farming, songs, and an amusement park entertain the residents. Their leader is M. Dennis Sinclair, whom everyone respects and obeys until the blacksmith Kermit dares to defy him and is banished. At the same time, Dom Brian II's evil advisor turns his attention to the village and demands the Ferris wheel in the park for himself. Sinopse do filme: Em seu primeiro dia de treinamento, esquecendo os conselhos do pai superprotetor, Mino e Dora foram capturados pelos mergulhadores e acabam no aquário de um dentista.
